The customer service we received by the employees was wonderful. The customer service we received by the front desk (management) sucks . The rooms need a lots improvement.

The staff was very nice and attentive. It is over priced for what you get. Our room was sub par and a little dirty. The bathroom was remodeled and fairly nice. One thing lacking was a place to hang multiple towels. There was 1 chair in a 2 bedroom and a crappie little fridge. I guess I expected more for the price of this place. Parking is $60 a night so plan on that. The hot tub was nice! You can't beat the proximity to the beach and pier. Overall it was a good place to stay. We booked this place thinking we would have one meal provided. What they call breakfast is no breakfast at all.

Beware as a 361.90 booked priced room turns into 491.80 with "misc charges" that is added before you even stay in the room. Theres all the fees etc in the listing but when you call to ask why it was 150.00 more they just say "thats the charge". And its 60 dollars to park in their lot even though you have a room with them. Just expect to pay alot more than what you sign up for. Honesty is not a virtue here. They even told me my total was 30 dollars less than they actually charged me on the receipt.
