About this business
Category: Limousine Service
We provide chauffeured limousine services in Calgary for personal and corporate travellers.
Getting a quote from Cascade Limousine Service
Your first step is asking for a quote, and you can do that at any hour. Cascade is open 24 hours, every day of the week. The company says its team starts with a consultation to help you pick the right vehicle for the trip.
Pricing is hourly and depends on the vehicle. Its website lists a business sedan for up to 3 passengers at $100 an hour, with a 1 hour minimum. A party bus for up to 24 passengers runs $300 an hour, with a 2 hour minimum, and those rates leave out gratuity and tax.
Airport shuttle service and group rides in Calgary
Once you're booked, the company says you get your chauffeur's contact details and live text or email updates on the ride. For airport runs, it says it tracks your flight for delays. The work covers weddings, grad nights and trips to and from the airport.
The fleet runs from SUVs to stretch limos and buses. The company says it has 52 years of experience and takes trips across Southern Alberta. Calgary counted 1,306,784 residents in 2021, per Statistics Canada.
Cascade holds 4.9 stars across 412 reviews. Many reviewers mention drivers showing up on time and clean vehicles, and several say booking and communication were easy. The company says its chauffeurs are licensed and vetted.
Before you ask for a quote, count heads. Vehicles seat anywhere from 3 riders in a sedan up to 24 on the party bus, and that number decides which one fits your group.

Google Reviews
We used Cascade Limousine Service for our wedding day, and they were fantastic from start to finish. Their communication for the booking and subsequent adjustments was excellent. On the big day, they went above and beyond with their day-of confirmation notices—sending updates when the limo arrived, when we got on board, and when we were dropped off. It's a really great security and peace-of-mind feature, especially if you're coordinating for multiple people. Our driver did an incredible job.
Eric of Cascade Limousine Service Ltd. was exceptional. We needed to leave the resort in Canmore by 6:30 am for Calgary Airport to catch the flight to Toronto. We could not find any shuttle company that would leave so early. I was quite worried that we might not find the ride. Eric was punctual and courteous. The Cadillac SUV was very comfortable and most importantly, the ride was super smooth. I am very prone to having carsickness. I did not have any problem with the ride. We were very pleased with Cascade Limo. and Eric and would hire them again if needed.
Was a great time - our driver, Vic, was on time, professional, and overall a joy to work with!
