We had a super seamless experience using D&D for our satin napkin rentals for our wedding reception last month! Easy booking, and really helpful online communication from Shannon, who was responsive and great to work with! She really went above and beyond in answering our questions and emailing us more detail about the items and colours we were considering. We were impressed with the level of care and customer service she showed to us, even though we were only renting napkins! Thank you Shannon! Everything from colour selection to pickup and return was seamless.
