I’ve been with FTC about 8 weeks now, and it’s so great to have weekly conversations with someone who is really listening and genuinely caring about my mental health. Kate gives me the space to speak freely while also giving thoughtful advice that is relevant to my case. My sessions have all been fully remote over zoom and they accept Medi-Cal LA Care Plan which has been a great relief to me financially. The biggest reason I wasn’t in therapy until recently was purely financial and FTC eliminated that barrier for me. I would recommend them to everyone.

They are very good at placing you with someone you are compatible and comfortable with. They do check in every few weeks to make sure you are still connecting with the therapist They work around your schedule. Best services I have had in 52 years
