Plates, cocktails and robot service at Space Cowboy
The restaurant describes its cooking as made from scratch, pulling techniques from kitchens around the world. Its website names pairings like Italian herbs with Portuguese spices, or matcha with mezcal. Drinks get the same treatment, with cocktails sharing the spotlight with the plates.
The twist is the service. The business says robot servers glide over with your food and drinks, while a human team still runs the room. The contact page also lists catering, so it handles more than a night out.
Space Cowboy holds a 4.4 rating from 785 reviews. Many reviewers call the robots and the decor a lot of fun, and several single out attentive servers by name. The most common gripe is price, with several saying the portions run small for what they cost.
If you plan to bring a big group or ask about catering, have your head count and date ready when you get in touch.

Heard about this place from a family member, so I decided to give it a shot. Worst decision for my bank account since I discovered online shopping. First off, the portions were absolutely bite-sized and cost almost $30. I’m pretty sure the food was supposed to be an appetizer, but the appetizers needed an appetizer. The fries were the exception—they were seasoned really well and nice and crispy. Honestly, those fries were carrying the entire operation on their backs. The Spaceballs were decent, but they cost way too much for four tiny pieces. FOUR.
It’s a cute restaurant and fun, but the food was not great. Definitely not worth the price. Fun for kids
Amazing food and experience. Arissa was a spectacular waitress with fun and interesting flavors.
