This is my 2nd car being done by Automotive Elegance. I went with a partially Xpel film as well as a ceramic coating and ceramic window tint. Kevin is amazing, very thorough, and great customer service skills. When you enter the garage or parking lot of this establishment, you see all these high-end expensive cars. Needless to say, they are very trustworthy and professional. The guys that work on the card are amazing. As long as Automotive Elegance is in business, they have my business. I highly recommend them. Once you talk to Kevin, he makes you comfortable and feel like part of the family. I appreciate you guys over there at Automotive Elegance. This is a 5-star review. This review is real and honest. Give this shop a try. You will never regret it.

As you make your way into the parking lot, you come across several high end vehicles, from all different countries. Japan, USA, Germany, etc, parked in the vicinity of the establishment. You instantly get a feeling of trust and positivity before walking inside the place. The receptionist is very friendly and you instantly feel welcomed. The interior is very well decorated with car miniatures, and auto magazines. As you sit comfortably in the black leather sofa, you can admire previous PPF applications and paint detailing from previous customers on the wall mounted TV. Kevin Patel was very friendly and professional, and I can say it was a great experience from the start. I will once again in the future use their services without a doubt. Thank you everyone! Ruben.

I had two cars partially wrapped with XPEL by Automotive Elegance at their shop in Andover. One in 2017 and another in 2021. The workmanship and sales experience were excellent on both occasions. They recently exceeded my expectations with a warranty issue and even provided a loaner car for the day. Kevin and Alexander were a pleasure to work with.
