The Ultra-Guard Concept came out of my own experience as owner of a home furnishings showroom, where I contracted with a fabric protection service for my own customers.

I wanted to offer more than just fabric protection. I also offered a Concierge service for the care of fine fabrics for designers and their clients.

The idea was to protect the fabrics but also guarantee their protection through a service warranty and maintenance cleaning using skilled upholstery cleaners.

To establish the model, I began working with designers and showrooms in Orange County, California.

After testing the available fabric protection products, I selected one I could actually stand behind with a 5-year service warranty, and began by doing the application myself, in order to train future service technicians.

My search for the best formula was never-ending. Every new product I came across, I tested it for water and oil-based stains resistance and durability. If it out performed the one I was using, I went with the new one.

Now, I am able to work with our chemist to create the product exactly how I want it. We now have a nanotech product I call STAIN FREE that outperforms all other products on the market and has a guarantee that it will last the fabric's lifetime.

The business was founded by me 30 years ago. We have now grown to nearly 200 service centers in the country, serving hundreds interior designers, showrooms, workrooms, and other businesses with our Premier Concierge Service, which takes care of Fine Fabrics. We are the preferred choice for fabric protection by designers.
