Dr. Mark J. Cannon provides comprehensive eye exams, including diagnosing and treating eye disease. Dr. Mark prescribes glasses and contacts to improve vision and medicines to enhance eye health. Dr Cannon takes the time to get to know his patients and their eye history during the exam to serve their vision needs better. He completed his doctorate of optometry at Indiana University, earning the Dean's Scholar Award for academic excellence. Dr. Mark began practicing optometry in Seattle in 2010 and now runs Cannon EyeCare's two locations with his wife, Dr. Miranda Cannon. Their original location in Seattle's University Village has been open since 2015, and they opened their second eye clinic at Pike Place's Market Optical in 2022. The doctors at Cannon EyeCare focus on giving their patients the ability to see everything they need to see clearly and comfortably. Dr Cannon has been my eye doc at his University Village location for a few years now. I first went to him because it was a convenient place to get a glasses prescription and he had good reviews (check out the more than 200 reviews for that location). Now I recommend him to everyone. He treats me (and my eyes) like an individual. He follows up when there are lasting concerns. He listens to and answers every single question I have. He is relaxed and knowledgeable and I trust his opinion. Recently, my daughter had an eye emergency and he went out of his way to help us (and calm us down) at his new Pike Place office. Highly recommend!!
Best Optometrist at Most Exciting Location! I won't go anywhere else after seeing Dr. Cannon at his Pike Place location. First of all, he's an INCREDIBLY SKILLED optometrist with state-of-the-art equipment. In his very personable manner, he takes the time to explain everything and answer all of your questions. I hadn't been to his Pike Place location before and immediately decided that I'll keep going back--it's the perfect way to rationalize shopping for locally sourced, artisan and specialty foods & crafts.
